SESEÑA reserves the right to amend, modify and/or replace all or part of this website and the information and materials contained on it, as well as these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Please check these T&Cs periodically for changes or modifications.
Eligibility to purchase
In order to make a purchase through this website, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
By making an offer to purchase our products, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks.
Purchase conditions
Stock
The products shown on this website are a selection of the SESEÑA catalogue. It is possible that some of the selected products may not be temporarily in stock. We will inform you on the website about this circumstance at the proper time.
SESEÑA uses the following purchase procedure:
Each product is accompanied by the following details:
• Name of the model
• Image of the model
• Description
• Cloth colors – Combinations
SESEÑA aims to display the colors of its products as closely as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the garments may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, SESEÑA cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original.
ABOUT MEASUREMENTS AND CLOTHING SIZE
• Measurements and clothing size
When selecting certain models, it is necessary that you specify two kinds of measurements:
a) Size Collar
In the chart you will find a range of measurements for the neck in centimeters and in inches. You must choose the measurement that corresponds to your neck size, preferably measured with a measuring tape.
b) Size – Height
To select the right size you must compare it with your height in centimeters, according to the equivalencies displayed in the chart. In this unfolding chart you will see a range of sizes in centimeters and in inches, together with the corresponding height. The length of the cape corresponds to the distance between the base of the neck and the middle of the leg—roughly, five centimeters below the knee (except for the model Capita Primavera, which comes in just one size). If you prefer a shorter piece you must choose a height lower than yours. Conversely, if you prefer a longer piece you must chose a height longer than yours. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
In order to choose the right piece for you, you must complete as many fields as the piece requires. At the most, the fields would be 4:
• Cloth Color – Combination.
• Size Collar
• Size (Clothing size – height)
• Quality (Cloth Quality).
After selecting the item(s), you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order(s). Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in sending the item(s) purchased.
Order Confirmation
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from SESEÑA confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will, among others, include information such as identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs) and the delivery details.
If you made an error when placing your order, please CONTACT us. However, please always make sure to review your order before placing it.
Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communications problem with the network or a mistake in writing the e-mail address given. Pricing policy
Prices shown on this website are in EURO and include all applicable taxes. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honored. SESEÑA will not be responsible for any special duties, custom duties or additional costs for deliveries. SESEÑA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.
Payment methods and security
SESEÑA will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards as shown on the payment page and those made by using PayPal.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer SESEÑA will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivering merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.
In order to ensure secure payment transactions, SESEÑA uses a secured payment system. All confidential data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.
Purchase limit
Multiple orders (3 items max.) will be shipped once all of the items are available. No partial shipments will be made. Customers wishing to buy more than 3 products must CONTACT us and they will be given detailed information about purchasing options.
Purchase guarantee
We will only be able to fulfill an order if the delivery address is a usual place of residence or place of employment located in any of the countries shown in our website.
Deliveries and insurance
SESEÑA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international courier companies.
Dispatch times are as follows:
• SPAIN: 1 to 5 days.
• EUROPE: 5 to 10 days.
• REST OF THE WORLD: 15 to 30 days.
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region.
Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in one of the countries listed at this website. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.
In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order. If you have ordered more than a garment, we will wait until all items in the order are available before we ship them, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by SESEÑA remain our property until SESEÑA has received your payment.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order ONLY within 24 hours after our receipt of your order and you will receive a full refund. To proceed properly, please, CONTACT us.
If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see “Returns and exchanges”).
Returns and exchanges
SESEÑA will only refund the customer as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible.
SESEÑA will accept garment exchanges.
For returning or exchanging an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:
• The product must not have been used.
• The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent.
• The product must be delivered to our offices (see address below) within 30 days of receipt of your order:

Returns and Exchanges Shipping Costs
Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, return shipping costs must be paid at origin by the customer.
SESEÑA will only refund shipping costs to the customer if the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible.
Returns
If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 10 working days, from the receipt of the garment in our store.
Exchange
In order to request a change of size or model, please CONTACT us detailing your requirements and we will ensure to provide you with the best solution.
Once we have received the item(s), we will send you the new size or model(s), using the same service as for the original purchase, free of charge for the customer provided that the exchange is due to a manufacturing default or quality issue. Otherwise, the customer will afford the new shipment.
