IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS COSTS AND TAXES: Shipping costs do not include expenses that may arise from fees, customs taxes or similar in the country of destination, for which the buyer is exclusively responsible. This is so because our products are exported one by one from Spain and it is not possible to control the customs circumstances of each destination country.
Items are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays in each specific region or country. Deliveries will be made to the place of habitual residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this website. We do not deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Once the receipt has been signed, the items will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Delivery times are as follows:
• SPAIN: 5 to 20 days.
• EU: 10 to 30 days.
• REST OF EUROPE (Except Russian Federation *): 10 to 30 days.
• AMERICA: 20 to 45 days.
• JAPAN: 20 to 45 days.
• SOUTH KOREA: 20 to 45 days.

In order to avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, person absent at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with the contact telephone number.
When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the tracking number of the package assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item (s). This way you can see where your order is at all times. If you have ordered more than one item, we will wait for all items in the order to be available before shipping, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by SESEÑA will remain the property of SESEÑA until SESEÑA

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You can request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of your order and in the event that it has not yet been sent, you can cancel it and you will receive the full payment. To proceed like this, please CONTACT us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject "cancellation request"
If your order has already been shipped (that is, it has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until its delivery to be able to cancel / desist from the order, said cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions established for returns (see Changes and Returns).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES. WITHDRAWAL
Returns with money back are only accepted in online sales.
To request a change in size or model, please contact us through email@example.com indicating the details of the same as precisely as possible. Thus, we can offer you the best solution. When we have received the item / s, we will send you the new size or model / s, using the same service that was used for the purchase
original. In the changes, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer except in cases in which it is an exchange for a defective garment or return due to an error in the order, which will be borne by SESEÑA.
If the customer receives a defective product, she may proceed to return it, communicating this incident by email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject "return" within a maximum period of 14 days. We will then tell you how to act and send us the product. Once SESEÑA receives the defective product and examined it, it will send you another. SESEÑA will take care of the amount of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.
In the event that the product (s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to any defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us.
Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds, of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation costs will not be returned in case the return is partial.
Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order:
In this case, you may proceed to return it, communicating this incident to SESEÑA by phone or email email@example.com indicating in the subject return within a maximum period of 14 days. We will then tell you how to act and send us the product. SESEÑA will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
Right of withdrawal (RDL 1/2007)
The customer may withdraw from the order placed, that is, proceed to return and refund it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
To exercise the withdrawal, the client must communicate it reliably to SESEÑA by post to the following address: Calle de la Cruz, 23. 28012 - Madrid, Spain, or by email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can use the following Form, although its use is not mandatory.
In order to accept the return by withdrawal, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as keep all its accessories and original documentation (invoice and customer identification data). You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at our facilities at Calle de la Cruz, 23. Local.28012, Madrid. Spain.
The customer must assume the shipping costs for the return (total or partial) of the goods in the event of withdrawal provided that the cause of their return is a reason other than a defective garment or wrong product, in which case SESEÑA will assume them.
The customer must return the product to SESEÑA within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw.
IMPORTANT: WHATEVER THE CAUSE OF THE RETURN, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT SESEÑA BEFORE ORDERING THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMERCARE@SESENA.COM, INDICATING THE REASON FOR RETURN OR RETURN PRODUCT (REFUSED PRODUCT) SESEÑA WILL CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AND AGREE ON THE BEST WAY TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN, ASSUMING THE COSTS IF CORRESPONDING
The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the client notified his intention to withdraw. The same will be made through the same method of payment used in the purchase. We may retain the refund until we have received the products that are the object of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art.103.C RDL 1/2007)
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the purchases of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized. That is, those whose characteristics, in terms of model, size, color or price, do not appear in the web catalog or are made to measure.
To return or exchange an order, you must verify that the following conditions are met:
• The product must not be used.
• The product must be returned in the same state in which it was sent,
• The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, at our address.
