SESEÑA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international courier companies.

Important notice about duties and customs fees. Shipping costs are not including the duties and customs fees that could take place at the destination country. Those fees are to be borne excluvely by the customer. Our products are exported one by one from Spain and it is not possible to control all destiny countries custom circumstances.
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region. Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in one of the countries listed at this website. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.
Dispatch times are as follows:
• SPAIN: 5 to 20 days.
• EU: 10 to 30 days.
• REST OF EUROPE (except Russian Federation*): 10 to 30 days.
• AMERICA: 20 to 45 days.
• JAPAN: 20 to 45 days.
• SOUTH COREA: 20 to 45 days.
*Do not ship to Russian Federation
In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order. If you have ordered more than a garment, we will wait until all items in the order are available before we ship them, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by SESEÑA remain our property until SESEÑA has received your payment.
You may cancel your order ONLY within 24 hours after our receipt of your order and you will receive a full refund. To proceed properly, please, CONTACT firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see “Returns and exchanges”).
Returns will only be accepted for online purchases
Returns will not be accepted for items purchased at the Madrid store, except in the case of defective products
Right of withdrawal (RDL 1/2007)
Customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days following reception of the goods. Customers must fill in and send the withdrawal note together with the unwanted item or items. Dates of reception and return will be those showed on shipping documents.
Capas Seseña shall refund the customer for the amount received within 14 days following reception of the product and notification of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal you can use the form included in your order or download the form HERE
Exceptions to right of withdrawal (Art.102 RDL 1/2007)
The purchase of products made according the customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Moreover, the purchase of any product whose specifications (model, colour, size or price), are not shown on our Website’s catalogue will be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding, SESEÑA will only refund the customer as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible.
If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 14 working days, from the receipt of the garment in our store.
In order to request a change of size or model, please CONTACT us detailing your requirements and we will ensure to provide you with the best solution.
Once we have received the item(s), we will send you the new size or model(s), using the same service as for the original purchase, free of charge for the customer provided that the exchange is due to a manufacturing default or quality issue. Otherwise, the customer will afford the new shipment.
SESEÑA will accept garment exchanges. For returning or exchanging an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:
• The product must not have been used.
• The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent.
• The product must be delivered to our offices (see address below) within 14 days of receipt of your order:

Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, return shipping costs must be paid at origin by the customer.
SESEÑA will only refund shipping costs to the customer if the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which SESEÑA is responsible.
