These general conditions are applicable to the online purchase / sale of the products offered by SESEÑA CB (SESEÑA) through its website https://sesena.com.
Select the products you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart, press the buy button to verify your order. To access the purchase form we ask you for an email address. Once the mail has been verified by the system, you will have access to the purchase form.
Fill in the purchase form with all the required information and press continue purchase. Select the means of payment and enter the data for it, press, send the payment and your purchase will be completed.
HOW TO BUY
Each product contains the following information:
• Model name
• Image of the model
• Colors - Combinations
SESEÑA aims to show the color of its garments as close as possible to the real color. However, the color displayed will depend on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, SESEÑA does not guarantee that the color displayed on the monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.
To correctly select an item, you must complete as many mandatory fields as each garment has.
ABOUT SIZES AND MEASURES
When choosing your size you only have to take into account the neck measurement and the height. The table below will help you choose the one that works best for you. The products shown on this website are a selection from the SESEÑA catalog. Some selected products may be temporarily out of stock. All this will be reported in a timely manner on the SESEÑA website.
Once your purchase and the corresponding payment have been made, within the following 24 hours, you will receive an email from SESEÑA confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will include, among other things, information regarding the identification of the item (s) purchased, the final price of the item plus shipping costs.

The prices shown on this website are in euros. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is shipped will be honored. The prices shown on this website are final prices. Therefore, prices for EU residents include VAT, while prices for non-EU residents are already tax-free.
Seseña will not be responsible for any special services, customs duties or additional costs for deliveries. Seseña reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, except for orders that have already been placed.
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY SESEÑA
It will only accept payments made with credit or debit cards and with PayPal. Holders of credit / debit cards are subject to validation and authorization checks by the issuer of their card. SESEÑA will not assume responsibility for delays in the delivery of the merchandise that are derived from the lack of authorization by the bank.
In order to guarantee security in payment transactions, SESEÑA uses a secured payment system. This means that all confidential data (eg credit card number and expiration date) is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Multiple orders (MAX 3 GARMENTS) will be shipped when all products are available. No partial shipments are made. Customers who wish to buy more than 3 ITEMS should CONTACT us and they will be given detailed information about the purchase options.
We can only fulfill the order if the delivery address is the place of habitual residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this website.

SESEÑA may modify these conditions, so it is recommended that the client / user read them in each purchase process or visit the Web. The modifications will not have retroactive effects on the contracts or orders already made.
